Fabrication

We self-perform the fabrication of all of our ductwork at our 60,000SF facility in Hingham, MA. We specialize in the fabrication of HVAC ductwork, including galvanized, stainless steel, black iron, and aluminum ductwork. McCusker-Gill’s minimum ductwork construction standards exceed the latest SMACNA requirements and all fabricated ductwork passes through a rigorous quality control inspection before leaving our facility.

Our shop is equipped with a full complement of best-in-class fabrication equipment. All of our ductwork is purchased “mill direct”, which eliminates many of the supply chain issues that our competitors face. Our shop workflow is entirely digital (paperless) and is managed with STRATUS, a cloud-based software that is updated in real time.
