The Sudbury Residential Tower at Bulfinch Crossing

McCusker-Gill was contracted to complete the full scope of HVAC sheetmetal ductwork for this new construction, 546,900 SF best-in-class residential tower in Boston’s Government Center. The 45-story tower includes 368 apartment units and 55-luxury condominiums. The sheetmetal scope included the installation of 1,000 vertical heat pumps and over 800 exhaust subducts.
