The Residences at Pier 4

Located on the iconic site of Anthony’s Pier 4 Restaurant, this 9-story, 240,000 SF facility houses over 100 ultra-luxury residential units. The condos offer scenic views of Boston Harbor and the building includes two levels of below-grade parking. McCusker-Gill, Inc. completed all the HVAC sheet metal ductwork for this facility, which included the installation of nearly 400 fan coil units and 300 subducts.
