The Klarman Building at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) is a 10-story, 380,000SF facility that includes 158 inpatient beds. The facility provides BIDMC, one of Boston’s largest teaching hospitals, with space to meet the needs of patients in a rapidly changing healthcare environment. McCusker-Gill completed all of the HVAC ductwork scope for the facility, which despite being constructed during the COVID pandemic was still finished on time and on budget. The project included expansions within the adjacent Rosenburg Building, which was able to remain open throughout construction due to meticulous planning and scheduling.
