The InterContinental at 500 Atlantic Avenue

The InterContinental Boston is a 21-story, 450,000 square foot glass tower containing 130 luxury condos and a 424-room five-star hotel. Located on Boston's charming waterfront, this spectacular building boasts amazing views of the Boston Harbor on one side and the Rose Kennedy Greenway on the city side.  The architect designed the facility around two 237-ft. high ventilation stacks from the underground Central Artery Tunnel, incorporating the shafts into the building’s footprint.
