McCusker-Gill was subcontracted to complete the shell and core work at 300 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge. The building features 250,000 square feet of advanced research, lab, and office space. McCusker-Gill was retained to perform the tenant fit out work for Takeda Oncology. The state-of-the-art facility now houses the company’s research and development, cell discovery, and cell culture divisions.
