The 280,000 square foot complex is the world headquarters for New Balance and a new Boston landmark along the I-90 Mass Pike. The building was the first part of a multiphase project to create a health and wellness district in Brighton, with state-of-the-art sports and training facilities. McCusker-Gill was responsible for the installation of an underfloor fabric duct system, which included 1,500 floor mounted supply air grilles. The building achieved the prestigious LEED platinum designation and was the first building in the U.S. to achieve every possible indoor environmental quality credit.
