Google at 325 Main Street

325 Main Street is a 16-story, 400,000SF office building located in the heart of Kendall Square. McCusker-Gill was contracted to complete the shell & core construction of this facility and was retained to perform the 340,000SF office fit out, which was 100% leased by Google. This fitout included exposed doublewall spiral ductwork that was featured throughout the office spaces ducting approximately 1,000 chilled beams.
