Cambridge Crossing Site JK Shell & Core

McCusker-Gill was contracted to perform the core & shell construction for Parcel JK, a 430,000SF life sciences building at the Cambridge Crossing Site. This project contained over 500,000 pounds of ductwork, including a 144”x192” exhaust header duct and a 136”x136” supply header duct. McCusker-Gill relied heavily on preplanning and offsite manifolding / prefabrication to section pieces that could be installed with the tower crane. McCusker-Gill was retained by the client to perform several tenant fitout projects in this facility. The building achieved LEED V4 Silver distinction.
