McCusker-Gill was hired to perform the tenant fit out at Brigham and Women’s Building for Transformative Medicine (aka Brigham Building for the Future). The 11-story building brings 620,000 square feet of integrated translational research and clinical space under one roof, providing the highest quality of “one-stop” care for patients with complex conditions. McCusker-Gill found innovative and forward thinking ways to maximize offsite prefabrication opportunities and embraced lean construction principles to help meet and beat an aggressive project schedule.
