The 9-story, 170,000 square foot, high-intensity academic research facility occupies a prominent location along Boston’s Commonwealth Avenue. The building houses research labs and office space for the Neurology, Human Imaging, and Synthetic Biology Programs. In managing a very aggressive schedule, McCusker-Gill utilized the on-site tower crane for vertical duct riser installation and also utilized off-site prefabrication of duct and equipment “assemblies” for lab fit out spaces.
