McCusker-Gill was a driving force behind the construction of 101 Seaport Boulevard, the first office tower built in the Seaport Square area of Boston’s Seaport District. The project included the accelerated fit out of a majority of the building for Pricewaterhouse Cooper’s under a compressed schedule. McCusker-Gill helped lead the BIM coordination process and maximized prefabrication utilization to complete the project on time. McCusker-Gill helped perform additional tenant fitouts for CBRE, Redthread, and Skanska USA. The 450,000 square foot building is anticipating LEED platinum certification.
