McCusker-Gill, Inc. is a second generation, straight-line
HVAC sheet metal subcontractor based in Hingham, MA, about
20 miles south of downtown Boston. We are signatory to Local
#17 of Boston.
McCusker-Gill has a reputation as a premier contractor in our
market and we are especially sought after by our clients on projects
with the highest degree of difficulty, including: design build
/ design assist, complex projects with high pounds per square
foot, and projects with extremely aggressive coordination and
construction schedules. We perform projects of all sizes and
serving all sectors but the majority of our work is new construction
on projects with the densest duct layouts, such as: hospitals,
pharmaceuticals, laboratories, and life sciences.
We employ fifteen full-time BIM / VDC detailers that model in
Revit 2023 and specialize in design build / design assist projects,
in addition to conventional coordination approaches. We self-perform
the fabrication of all of our ductwork at our 60,000 SF state-of-the-art
facility in Hingham. We recently completed construction of a
30,000 SF facility to support our company’s philosophy to maximize
off- site prefabrication opportunities.
